Terms & conditions

By scheduling or receiving services from Bryan Auto Glass LLC (hereinafter “the Company”), the customer (hereinafter “the Client”) agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Provision of Information

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the vehicle, including the Year, Make, Model, and specific glass features (e.g., rain sensors, heated glass, or lane departure warning systems).

  • The Company is not liable for delays or incorrect parts ordered due to inaccurate information provided by the Client.

 

2. Services Offered

The Company provides the following automotive services:

  • Replacement: Professional installation of new automotive glass according to industry standards.
  • Repair: Restoration of rock chips or minor cracks to prevent further spreading.
  • Window Tint: Application of high-quality solar control films for heat and UV protection.
  • Calibration: Alignment and testing of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) following a windshield replacement.

 

3. Payment Policy

  • Immediate Payment: All payments are due immediately upon completion of the service.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept Cash, Zelle, CashApp, and all major Credit/Debit cards.

 

4. Limited Warranty (Sealing Only)

The Company provides a one (1) month limited warranty exclusively on the workmanship of the seal.

  • Coverage: This covers water leaks or wind noise resulting directly from the installation process.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
    1. Glass breakage, cracks, or chips caused by road debris, accidents, or vandalism after installation.
    2. Issues caused by pre-existing rust, corrosion, or structural damage on the vehicle’s frame.
    3. Damages resulting from the Client’s failure to follow post-care instructions (such as using high-pressure car washes within the first 48 hours).
    4. Any unauthorized repairs, adjustments, or modifications made by a third party.

 

5. Window Tint and Calibration

  • Window Tint: While we use professional-grade materials, the Client acknowledges that minor imperfections may be visible during the initial drying period.
  • Calibration: The Client understands that successful calibration depends on the vehicle’s electronic health. The Company is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing electrical faults.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Bryan Auto Glass LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service rendered.

 

7. Messaging Terms and Conditions
